•	PPM measurement of our suppliers’ performance, our internal scrap rates and customer returns/rejects
•	Applying Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) for all new product development and fully using FMEA tools for preventive actions
•	Using 8D technique to take care of corrective actions and applying poka-yoke technique on the root-cause of the problem
•	Periodic audits for our systems, products and processes
•	Our Continuous Improvement Programme (CIP) encourages employees to make suggestions to continuously improve our product quality and drive down costs
To ensure that our products always meet customer requirements, we have a modern laboratory and measuring equipment to periodically conduct complete product audits. Some of our equipment include:
•	All laboratory equipment to test rubber material as per ASTM, SAE, JIS, DIN or customer specific standards
•	Rheometers to ensure quality of rubber compound
•	Automatic, Error-free and human-independent hardness tester, including measurement of IRH hardness
•	Static and Dynamic test centres for mounts
•	Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to ensure accurate and repeatable measurement of complex geometry
